Premature Ejaculation - Last Longer In Bed

So you are here because you suffer from premature ejaculation and would like to know how to overcome it so you can last longer in bed. I can tell you then that you are in the right page. I would like to discuss a basic concept that once understood and implemented can help you add quality time to your love making.

The basic principle in overcoming premature ejaculation is to have a concious awareness of when you are about to ejaculate. For most guys it's ten seconds before you actually deliver the goods. As you can guess 10 seconds is not nearly enough to exercise any type of power over your body; at that point you are in the zone of no return.

The following stimulation awareness scale will help you identify the different phases your penis goes through before ejaculating. Remember that being aware of these phases is the base by which most other techniques work.

Stimulation Phase

0 Erect but npt at all physically stimulated

3 Stimulated but definitely still in control

5 Feel strong sensations, around the tip of your penis and down at
the base but you are still in control

7 You start to notice those sensations more than you don't notice them--if you
know what I mean. 7 is when you're almost constantly feeling a
strong sense of physical arousal in your penis. You're not at the point of no
return yet, but you know that if you carry on doing what you're doing, you will
be soon enough.

8 You are getting close to the point of no return--you're ridiculously stimulated.

9 Right on the edge, you're about to pop. There can be as little as 3 seconds
between being a 9 and 10 on the scale

10 As you've probably guessed--is coming. It's game over for your sexual
performance. Of course, reaching 10 is your goal during sex: you want to come
because it feels damn good and marks the end of your sexual encounter. But
you want to choose when you reach 10.

Now that you have the stimulation scale set up in your mind, you need to get used to identifying where on the scale you are at any given time in your sexual experience. To do this, you should quickly consider the following two things as you have sex:

1. If you carried on doing whatever position you're doing, at whatever speed and depth you're going at, how long would it take you to come? A few seconds, a minute or two, 10 minutes? The shorter this amount of time is, the higher on the scale you are.

2. How strong are the sensations in your penis at this time? Do they come and go every 10 seconds? Are they constantly there? The more intense and insistent the sensations in your penis are, especially around the tip and base, the higher on the scale you are.

Now you are up to speed on Stimulation Awareness, its importance and how it's used in conjunction with the Stimulation Scale, you're ready to use it alongside actual techniques and tactics, which are designed to bring you down the scale, without disrupting sex or otherwise ruining it for you or your partner. This is what we'll start looking at tomorrow. In the meantime, you can try masturbating with the Stimulation Scale in mind. Identify the sensations you feel and where you feel them depending on where on the scale you are. Remember what you discover--you'll be using it soon.

Overcome Premature Ejaculation

Stop the anxiety that takes over you right before having sex. You have what you need to overcome premature ejaculation.

There are many techniques to overcome premature ejaculation but one unknown to many men involves a muscle in the male body. Big biceps and triceps help in turning her on, but they do nothing to help you last longer in bed. If you are part of the 40% of men that suffer from rapid ejaculation then you need to learn about this muscle that will have you having longer sex. And the fact that most men don’t know about it of course means they don’t know that training it can give them much more control over when they climax during sex.

When you ejaculate, a certain muscle involuntarily contracts—it does this each and every time you have an orgasm. It is the PC muscle. PC stands for Pubococcygeus, so you can see why we’ve shortened it. You don't really need to know its main function or exactly where in the body it is to make it work for you; (it is actually between your balls and ass), but you should know that his muscle can help you gain a greater degree of control over your sexual stimulation and therefore when you ejaculate during sex. If you really want to know how to locate it pay attention when you take a pee; you tense your PC muscle to stop the flow. Or, when you’re absolutely busting, you tense your PC muscle to stop the flow from…flowing. If you still aren’t sure what or where it is, next time you come pay attention to which muscle down there twitches every second or so until you finish ejaculating.

Okay, so you now that you know which muscle it is you need to get used to isolating it. Do the following exercise: try tensing it right now, but don’t tense any other muscle down there. Don’t tense your legs and don’t tense your buttocks. Tense your PC muscle, hold it for 2 seconds, then relax. This repetition is called one Kegel. Doing Kegels regularly strengthens your PC muscle, helping you exercise a better control over your orgasms. The following is a routine I recommend to help you overcome premature ejaculation by exercising your PZC muscle three times a week.

Start by doing 20 Kegels. Each repetition should go like this: tense as hard as you can, hold it for 2 seconds, then relax. Wait a couple of seconds, then repeat. Your PC muscle will probably feel quite tired after doing 20 reps, so give it a break for a few minutes. Then, do 5 reps that go like this: tense using a medium amount of strength, hold it for 5 seconds, then relax. After a few weeks, you’ll notice the difference in bed. Your erections will feel harder and more ‘powerful’ and your ability to control your sexual sensations will have improved. You can either continue to use the PC muscle routine above, or develop your own, more advanced routine, by adding reps and tensing for longer during each rep.
